Are all the UKMLA subjects covered in your platform?
Our platform is meticulously designed based on the MLA content map. We’ve prioritised creating questions and textbooks for each medical ‘condition’ listed therein. Although every condition has specific facets, our goal is to comprehensively cover each one. As for ‘presentations,’ these can result from a variety of conditions, some of which may not be explicitly listed in the MLA content map. Nonetheless, we strive to include every common condition that could lead to each presentation

What does "Medifries" mean?
The name "Medifries" is a creative blend designed to capture the essence of our platform. The prefix "Medi-" clearly identifies our focus on medical education. The "-fries" portion symbolises the 'snackable' nature of our content. In line with the concept of micro-learning, our platform offers information broken down into easily digestible, small chunks that can be quickly consumed—much like how one enjoys fries. Together, the name "Medifries" reflects our mission to provide a convenient and engaging way for medical students to 'grab and go' the knowledge they need to succeed.
Do you use AI to generate your questions?
No. All questions are manually written by doctors with experience in UK medical education. While AI can be helpful in some areas, our internal reviews show that it does not meet the standards required for clinical accuracy or exam realism. Every question on Medifries is human-reviewed to ensure quality and relevance.
What do you mean by "AI processing" mentioned on the website's landing page?
All questions on Medifries are written by doctors and reviewed manually. However, we use AI tools to support formatting, organisation, and internal review processes. For example, AI helps us check question length, balance difficulty levels, and flag inconsistencies. This ensures the final version meets our standards for clarity, fairness, and educational value, but content creation remains firmly in human hands.
Do you offer refunds?
Upon subscribing to our platform, the fee for the agreed subscription period, as stated on the subscription page, is applicable. We typically do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you feel that our platform has not met your expectations, please reach out to us at info@medifries.com, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
